These terms apply to jackforrtd.com and to the text message and email programs run by Jack for RTD ("the campaign," "we," "us"). By using this site or opting in to our messages, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Text message program
Program: Jack for RTD campaign updates. By opting in, for example by checking the text message box on a form on this site, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Jack for RTD, including campaign updates, event invitations, volunteer opportunities, and requests for support. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or donation.

- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You confirm that you are the account holder of the phone number you provide, or have the account holder's permission to opt it in. If you change or give up your number, please reply STOP first.
You can unsubscribe from campaign emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.
Donations
Donations are processed by ActBlue and are subject to ActBlue's terms and applicable campaign finance laws.
Use of the site
Please don't submit false information, submit forms on someone else's behalf without their permission, or attempt to disrupt or misuse the site. Site content, including text, photos, and graphics, belongs to Jack for RTD or its licensors unless otherwise noted. Links to other websites are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content.

The site and our messages are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Jack for RTD is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or our messages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
