Spent five years as a software engineer at Google Boulder before moving into high-frequency trading, where he currently works. A daily RTD rider.

## Platform

- Front Range Passenger Rail: supports building beyond the initial 3-trains-per-day starter service toward frequent, reliable, all-day regional rail connecting the Front Range.
- Removing barriers to transit: addressing service gaps, unreliable schedules, safety/convenience concerns, complex fare structures, and weak regional coordination that push people toward driving.
- Transit Signal Priority (TSP): install low-cost signal equipment so buses get green lights as they approach intersections, improving speed and reducing the service hours needed per trip.
- Reviving Boulder's Community Transit Network (CTN): restore the distinctive branding and frequent-service philosophy behind Boulder's HOP, SKIP, JUMP, BOUND, and DASH routes, which is fading from RTD's system.
- Reliable transit for major local events: fix RTD's pattern of reduced holiday-schedule service during high-demand weekends like the Bolder Boulder and Boulder Creek Festival, and plan ahead for the 2027 Sundance Film Festival in Boulder.
- Data-driven oversight: Jack analyzes RTD's real-time operational data as part of making the case for reform.
